About me
I understand that reaching out for therapy can be a significant step, and I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore your feelings and experiences at your own pace.
Together, we will develop a therapeutic plan that aligns with your unique needs and goals, ultimately guiding you towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.

Examples of issues can work with
How I Can Help:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): I will work with you to identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviours, providing practical strategies to manage anxiety, depression, OCD, and overwhelming feelings. CBT empowers you to regain control over your emotions and live a more balanced life.
Person-Centred Therapy: In a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment, I will help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, ultimately promoting self-awareness and personal growth. Person-Centred Therapy is especially effective for issues related to self-esteem, identity, and interpersonal relationships.
Attachment Theory: Many emotional challenges can be traced back to early attachment experiences. By delving into your attachment history, we can understand the roots of your current struggles and work towards healing past wounds. Attachment-focused therapy is particularly helpful for individuals dealing with trauma, childhood trauma, and relationship issues.

What to expect of the first session
The first session will be an assessment session where the therapist will assess your needs and decide if this type of therapy is right for you. The assessment session will also be used to find out a bit more about your history and anything we can put in place to make therapy more accessible to you.
